Architect Studio Management App

Architecture studios sell trust through past work, but manage credibility through what's happening right now. This concept pairs a finished-work portfolio with a project management view that keeps active builds visible without a phone call.
Brand Strategy
The core question was how a modern architecture studio should structure its app, not as a portfolio and a project tracker built as two separate tools, but as one connected system. The project management view organizes every active build into a state, Planning, In Progress, or Completed, so a client or partner can see exactly where a build stands without a status call. Once a project reaches Completed, it feeds straight into the portfolio view.
Brand Identity Design
A serif wordmark and generous negative space read as considered rather than corporate, the same restraint the studio applies to its buildings. The palette stays muted: grayish olive green against warm ivory and charcoal. That restraint carries into the interface too. Progress is a simple bar and percentage, teams are initials in overlapping circles, and projects nearing handover trade their progress bar for one word: final inspection.
Brand Experience Design
Opening the app leads straight into the studio's portfolio, its story and its numbers. Project management sits one tab away, so moving from proof of past work to the status of what's being built right now takes a single tap.
